Natives' Nobili named Player of Week

Anthony Nobili of Neepawa Natives recorded six assists last week, earning him MJHL Player of the Week honours.
Nobili’s big week maintained his lofty status in the Natives’ scoring race, where he currently sits second with 25 points (10-15) after 28 games.
Runners-up for the Player of the Week award were forward Jon Gaudet of the Winnipeg Saints and forward Ryan Marshall, 19, of the Swan Valley Stampeders.
Gaudet, 18, also showcased his playing abilities reflected in six assists in three games. The Winnipegger also chipped in two assists for the Saints who sit third in the tight Addision Division with 19 wins and 39 points after 34 games.
Marshall excelled offensively last week, reflected in six points (2-4) in just two games for the Stamps who sit tied for first in the Sher-Wood Division with Portage Terriers. Stamps have 20 wins and 42 points after 34 games.
